A great point, all businesses should be sure their site will display on a handheld device. Don't deprive people of information. If someone came to your store to ask a question, would you slam the door in his face?

Are you seeing a lot of demand from businesses/clients? It seems in the US merchants are slow to mobile. I was looking for the address to a Marriott, the mobile site came up but was just a landing page. All I wanted was the address, not Marriott global!

Excellent point. From what I hear all the low-hanging fruit has been picked. Plus organic gets clicked on more frequently than paid search.

Whether you pick one or the other or do both, it needs to be done well. When searchers click through, they need to immediately see the answer to their question, i.e. their search terms. What has been your experience?

Also, would anyone like to hear or share some best practices?

Thanks for sparking this discussion!
Suzanne
